It depends on the size of your catalogue, how custom the design is, and what it needs to connect to. A simple store is a very different job from one with hundreds of products and integrations. We give you a fixed price after a short conversation — no surprises later.

A straightforward store can be live in a few weeks. A larger build or a migration takes longer because of the planning involved. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated.

Yes. Migration is a big part of what we do. We plan it so your products, customers, orders and content come across cleanly.

Not if the migration is planned properly. We map your old page addresses to the new ones so Google and your existing customers still find you. It’s the most common thing that goes wrong in a DIY migration, and the main reason to have it done by someone who’s done it before.

As of September 2026, Shopify’s Australian plans start at A$56 a month (A$42 if you pay yearly) for Basic, with Grow at A$149 and Advanced at A$575. There’s also a small fee on each sale. We help you pick the right plan — most small businesses start on Basic and only move up when it pays for itself.

No. We’re based in Norwest in Sydney and happy to meet locally, but most of our clients are elsewhere in Australia and we work over video and phone.

We don’t disappear. You can have us on hand for changes, fixes and improvements — monthly or as needed. And you’ll be able to manage the everyday stuff yourself.

Almost certainly not yet. Plus is Shopify’s enterprise tier, starting around A$3,700 a month, for high-volume businesses. If you get to the point where it makes sense, we’ll tell you.

Yes — most of our Shopify work is on stores we didn’t build. We’re used to picking up a store with no documentation and working out what’s going on. You don’t need to have parted ways with your old developer for us to look at it.

Most of our clients aren’t. We work with businesses right across Australia over video and phone, and the work is identical. Being in Sydney just means we can meet in person if you’d like to.

Shopify has been building this out through 2026 — products from Shopify stores can be discovered inside AI assistants, with the purchase still completing on your own store. Availability differs by market and it’s moving quickly, so we’ll tell you honestly where it stands for an Australian store rather than selling you something that isn’t there yet.
